1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, orders, and other agreements between you and Unlock the Meal.
2. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed after confirmation by Unlock the Meal. We ask you to cancel or notify us of changes in good time. In case of no-show, we may charge a fee.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders for pickup or delivery are binding after confirmation. Delivery times are indicative. Unlock the Meal is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Payment
Payment is made upon pickup, delivery, or when leaving the restaurant, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and card payments.
5. Quality and complaints
We strive for the best possible quality. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately. We will provide an appropriate solution to the best of our ability.
6. Liability
Unlock the Meal is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the agreement.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. The most recent version can be found on our website.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
